Looking after a home in San Juan Cosalá
San Juan Cosalá is known for its thermal springs and for the Racquet Club, the gated hillside community that many part-time residents call home. Homes here are often built into the slope, with terraces, retaining walls and long driveways, and many look straight onto the water.
Hillside and lakefront homes have their own maintenance rhythm. Rain runs downhill, so drains, channels and retaining walls need checking through the wet season. Wind off the lake finds loose roof tiles and shutters. Homes with a pool on a terrace need the pump and the water level watched even more closely than on flat ground.

Do you work inside the Racquet Club?
Yes. We register at the booth like any vendor you authorise, and once the procedure is set up we handle every visit from then on.
My San Juan Cosalá home is on a steep lot. Is that a problem?
No. Many of the homes we visit are on the hillside. The visit simply covers the terraces, drains and retaining walls in addition to the house itself.
Can you check the house after a storm?
Yes. Besides scheduled visits, you can ask for an extra check after heavy rain or wind. We go, photograph the roof and terraces and tell you if anything needs attention.
